Deadlines and Timelines for 2019-2020 Grants Extended

The USA Artistic Swimming Foundation Grants Committee realizes that many of you have been, for the most part, unable to start or complete your awarded grant plan.  Because of the situation in which we all find ourselves, the Foundation has decided to extend the time for you to complete your grant.

The Grants Committee is waiving the requirement for any interim reporting, and would like to offer you three different options for your grant:

  1. Complete your grant as planned, and send a final report only (no interim required) by August 14, 2020, to receive your final funding.
  2. Request a one year extension on the grant that had been awarded and complete your final report by July 31, 2021.  The request for an extension should be done by 8/14/20.
  3. Decide to forego your grant awarded, and return any funds back to the Foundation.  Please return funds by 8/14/20.

We hope that this extension will allow you to still complete your grant plans that will help the sport grow.

Thank you for all you do for our sport.

What Our Grant Recipients Say

I can't thank you all enough for the foundation's support of my film, Sync or Swim. I could not have finished the film without your support and I will always be so incredibly grateful.

Cheryl FurjanicDirector, Sync or Swim

We had seven summer camp attendees thanks to our marketing efforts. We've retained 100% of those swimmers, who are now all members of our recreational program. Thanks to the increased word-of-mouth and the banner that we put up during practices, we've also doubled our rec class participation in the last three months. Thanks so much to the foundation for your support!

The Bozeman Stingrays are so grateful to have been awarded this grant. As a small club in Montana, we rarely have the opportunity to bring in high-level coaches for swimmer and coach trainings. This grant provided us the opportunity to bring in TWO high-level coaches and further the development of our team.
